This workshop is highly recommended for all land and soil enthusiasts from backyard/ micro farmers, gardeners to broad acreage land and soil managers. Biodynamics life force processes will help you produce food of the highest nutritional quality in harmony with nature.


In 1924 Rudolf Steiner (scientist, philosopher, architect and founder of the Waldorf School and anthroposophy) devised agricultural and horticultural life force production methods known as Biodynamics. Steiner presented a series of agricultural lectures, which suggested that farms are living organisms and are responsible for creating and maintaining their own individual health and vitality.


The course will introduce the theory of Biodynamics and provide participants with lots of practical sessions including: 

  • Compost making and compost preparations
  • Preparations 500 and 501
  • Importance of stirring water and use of structured water
  • Fermentation processes of weeds, seaweed and fish as biostimulants
  • Subtle energy, energy of food and how it's maximised
  • Biodynamic manure concentrate
  • The role of microbial balancing to achieve diversity and abundance of soil microbiology
  • The role of negative charged or structured water in plant production and restoring energy of food
  • Climate risk management with moon and planetary cycles
  • Production management and managing your natural resources
  • Soil, humus, water, soil biodiversity, vegetation, weeds, animal health
  • Application and demonstrations of field sprays
