Regional Media Group Pty as Trustee for The Regional Media Unit Trust Trust (ABN 41 813 213873) (The Bugle) is the owner of The Bugle newspaper and the licensee of The Bugle App (from a third party platform, Local Independent Mobile Application, as a licensee of the Independent App Network (iAppNetwork)).

The Bugle provides online news and information services via The Bugle App and The Bugle newspaper for the Kiama Municipality.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Bugle Content” covers any news or information services produced and published by The Bugle App or The Bugle newspaper, including but not limited to news articles, feature stories, advertisements and letters to the editor.

By continuing to access The Bugle App, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

All intellectual property rights in the Bugle Content are owned by The Bugle.
