Originally formed by friends drawn together with a common love of sewing and quilting, the Kiama Quilters group now meets weekly each Wednesday at the Kiama Community Centre.

Although established in Kiama, members come from as far as Wollongong and Gerringong.

Their group has a strong focus on charity work, with quilts being donated to a number of worthy causes, including the Children’s Medical Research Institute Quilt Show in Gerringong each year.

Meeting every Wednesday, from 10am-1pm, at the Joyce Wheatley Community Centre.
