South Illawarra Older Women’s Network (SIOWN) welcomes members who are passionate about supporting older women in the community, including themselves, to live fulfilling, healthy and connected lives. 

Monthly meetings (3rd Friday of the month) bring members together to share experiences, forge new friendships, identify opportunities to support each other, learn from guest speakers, and socialise.
