South Illawarra Older Women’s Network (SIOWN) commenced in 2024 and welcomes members who are passionate about supporting older women in the community, including themselves, to live fulfilling, healthy and connected lives.
SIOWN supports initiatives identified by members that involve:
- linking women into existing groups and activities
- supporting the development of networking opportunities, activities and groups
- promoting advocacy on key issues that affect older women.
Monthly meetings bring members together to share experiences, forge new friendships, identify opportunities to support each other, learn from guest speakers, and socialise.

Date/Time: 3rd Friday of each month, 2-4pm
Venue: Ss Peter and Paul Hall, 92-96 Manning St, Kiama.
