After being cancelled for the past two years, the Kiama Art Society is delighted its 43rd Annual Exhibition opens today at the Kiama Leagues Club.

Although slightly smaller than in previous years, it still offers visitors an interesting and rewarding experience, says the Society's President, Helen Pain.

"We have more than 200 paintings in this year's exhibition.

"There's some really good local artists exhibiting, including some artists that are new to the area.

"It is a lovely exhibition with a very strong local focus."

The exhibition is on at the League Club's auditorium from today until 23 January, 10-5pm.
