Bar Padres closes its doors

Bar Padres restaurant and bar has been forced to close its doors for good a week earlier than anticipated.

Parent company Three Ballin Pty Ltd was placed under administration earlier in October and subsequently wound up, with Worrells Wollongong responsible for the liquidation process. The restaurant had planned to go out with a bang this week, however, Bar Padres posted on its Facebook page that “Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be operating this final week.”

The bar has also placed a sign on its window stating: “Possession of this property has been taken by the landlord in accordance with Liquidation proceedings.”

Bar Padres opened its doors in April 2022 in Tingira Crescent in South Kiama at the premises formerly occupied by the Little Blowhole Cafe.

The Bugle has contacted the owners of Bar Padres as well as Worrells for comment.
