The much-anticipated Berry Lane residential development, located in the historic township of Berry has officially received development approval.

After over a decade of careful planning, community consultation and collaboration with Shoalhaven City Council, the project has been issued with development consent.

Berry Lane is an exclusive residential development comprising 117 prime home sites across 11 hectares. Located along Hitchcocks Lane and Huntingdale Park Road, the estate is designed to offer a blend of country charm and modern convenience.
