A property has recently gone on sale in Bonaira Street that could become one of the most expensive homes in the Kiama LGA.

The house at 55 Bonaira Street, Kiama, has been listed with an asking price of $8 million. The property overlooks Kendalls Beach at the southern end of Bonaira Street and is adjacent to Kaluela Heads.

Boasting four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 639m squared of space, the $8 million price tag places 55 Bonaira as one of the most expensive properties in the region. In May 2022, the property at 21 Bourrool Street overlooking Surf Beach sold for $8 million, and in December, 103 Jamberoo Road sold for $9 million.
