Another new Christmas event is on this Sunday, with Kiama Anglican Churches putting on an afternoon for people with young children.

“Given everything people have been through over these last few years, we are looking forward to hosting a free family Christmas event where families can come along and have a great time together,” says Marc McLaren, a member of the church community involved in organising the event.

“The Christmas Carnival will be a relaxed, fun family event. There will be a sausage sizzle, a gelato stall, water play, a jumping castle, music, craft activities, Christmas story bags and lots more.”

The Carnival is an intitiative of the Churches’ new Families at Four gathering, which meets on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm for an hour.

“Families@4 is a place for families to connect and enjoy being part of a vibrant, life-giving community,” says Marc.

Sunday 11 December, on the church grounds at 2 Terralong St from 2-5pm. Free.
