A truck has lost control just north of the Kiama entrance, at the south end of Bombo.

The accident, at 4pm, saw it plough across the footpath taking down trees and barriers, with parts of it ending on its side and disconnected.

There appears to be only one vehicle involved in the accident. Traffic is still flowing on two lanes of the highway, and the entrance into Kiama is open.
