The opportunity to help Minnamurra Public School when getting your fresh-cut Christmas tree is on again.
Minnamurra P&C President, Jess Martin, says the Christmas tree fundraiser, now in its seventh year, raises thousands of dollars for the school and its students each year.
"The money has helped fund air conditioning for all classrooms and assisted with the purchase of new computers. This year, we are looking at improving the school playground," Ms Martin says.
P&C member Mick Kelton introduced the fundraiser to the school when there was no one else selling Christmas trees in the area.
"The School is doing it not just for themselves but also as a community service," he says.
The trees are delivered to the school within hours of being cut in the Southern Highlands.
Six and seven foot trees are available. Orders close 28 November, for pick up from the School on 3 December, 8-11am.
