Jamberoo Public School holds Remembrance Day service

On 11 November, Jamberoo Public School held a Remembrance Day service, with students, families and staff gathering to honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice. The school captains and vice captains led the ceremony with grace, guiding everyone through moments of reflection and remembrance.

Special guest Mr Michael Souter from the Jamberoo RSL Club attended, sharing in the community’s tribute.

As part of the ceremony, students placed flowers on the stage, symbolising respect and remembrance for those who have fallen in service to our country. This gesture reminded all present of the enduring legacy and bravery of those who served.

Jamberoo Public School is proud to continue this tradition, fostering a deep sense of respect and gratitude in our students for generations past and present.

The flowers were taken back to the Jamberoo Memorial Arch by Mr Souter.
