Kiama Cavaliers Under 15As were gallant in defeat to Balgownie in the Grand Final of the Combined Illawarra and South Coast Competition.at Bonaira Reserve today..

Bowled out for 77, the Kiama team defended the low total valiantly, dismissing 9 of the Balgownie batsmen.

Despite a huge bowling and fielding effort, the Balgownie team clinched the victory with only 3 balls left in the game.

It was certainly a thrilling game for the spectators, and the players are to be commended on their sportsmanship and should be proud of their efforts this season.
