We are landlords of a beautiful house in Kiama that we rent to a lovely family who give so much to the Kiama community.

The way we have reduced the cost of rent they pay, was by making a conscious decision not to exploit them.

We decided not to become part of the problem.

We could be earning $1000 per week on that property, but we wanted the neighbourhood to be strong and families to be happy. Other landlords could follow our lead.
