A truck laden will fill from the Collins St construction site has jack-knifed on Minnamurra Street after attempting to turn left up the hill at the Collins St round about.

The laden trucks are not allowed to attempt to go up the hill, and neighbours have been told that it was the driver's first day on the job.

With a broken drive shaft, the blockage will take some time to clear.
