Crazy weather wreaked havoc across the South Coast and Kiama LGA over the past week, leaving residents astounded. From hail pelting down in Berry to lightning at the Wollongong Lighthouse, residents snapped some of the wild scenes they saw across the Illawarra.

The abrupt cancellation was due to severe thunder and hail warnings that posed significant risks to attendees.
