Our goals are simple...

Team Reilly will launch a better council with a focus on retaining the character of our local government area. We will make council more responsive and be better listeners to our community. We will work together to make Kiama Council an organisation that can efficiently and effectively deliver the community's vision. We will do this through Leadership, Collaboration and Innovation.

Leadership

Team Reilly will establish effective leadership in our council. This will be achieved with vision, integrity, good character and behaviour. This will inspire people to work well together.

Collaboration

Team Reilly recognises that the kind of knowledge and ideas needed to drive change are unlikely to reside entirely within the council structure. We will focus on working with the local community, businesses, civic groups and individuals to launch a better council.

Innovation

Team Reilly sees a culture of innovation as essential if Kiama Council is to be sustainable into the future.
